Locations: Lytham, Kendal and Clitheroe
This market-leading firm in the North West is looking for a qualified Residential Conveyancing Solicitor to join its team and handle a variety of Fee Earning Residential Property matters.
Responsibilities:Â
- Handling a busy caseload of various property transactions whilst developing client relationships within the residential team
- Acknowledge and progress client enquiries and communications whilst meeting their expectations
- Supporting team members, other solicitors and other service line teams
- Contribute to the team's objectives and promote the firm's values within your work
- Support the firm with business development activities

Skills & Experience:
- Qualified solicitor with at least 2 year's PQE experience in Residential Property/Conveyancing

- Track record of matter management and running of own caseload
