A market-leading firm in the North West is looking for a qualified Residential Conveyancing Solicitor to join its busy team in Lytham. Responsibilities:
- Handling a busy caseload of a wide range of property transactions, including purchases, sales and re-mortgages of freehold and leasehold properties
- Providing clients and agents with regular updates, advice and draft documentation
- Operating a Case Management System, requiring good IT skills
- Liaising with and providing support to other service line teams
- Developing client relationships within the residential team and referring work internally to other service lines
- Meeting client expectations through timely acknowledgment and progression of client calls and queries
- Assisting with business development and marketing activities
- Providing support to solicitors as required
- Contributing to the team’s objectives and promoting the firm's values within your work
Skills and Experience:
- Qualified solicitor with at least 2 years' PQE experience in Residential Conveyancing/Property
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to deliver outstanding client service
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to work autonomously within a challenging commercial environment
- Good organizational and time management skills
- Ability to run your own caseload and manage matters effectively
