The Group consists of three divisions VetPlus – a global leader in companion animal nutraceuticals, Agri Lloyd, an agriculture focused unit and Mill Farm Sports Village a multi-purpose leisure complex incorporating a fully owned football club with associated facilities.

About the role - Recruitment Business Partner

The Recruitment Business Partner will act as the Group’s internal recruiter, working in partnership with the Head of Recruitment. You will be responsible for the recruitment process across the group of companies from request / role concept through to induction and onboarding. You will play a key and pivotal role in ensuring that Tangerine attracts, selects and retains the best possible talent in the marketplace to improve retention and reduce external recruitment spend.

Recruitment Business Partner - Main Duties:

  • Delivering a full In-house recruitment service
  • Working on multiple roles at any given time
  • Ensuring that updates are regularly communicated to hiring managers
  • Gain a clear understanding of each individual role, company and department
  • Manage the candidate process including pre-screening, telephone and face-to-face interviewing, progress updates, rejections and offer process
  • Proactively talent pool candidates
  • Focus on direct forms of recruitment rather than using 3rd party recruitment agencies.

Recruitment Business Partner - About you:

  • Previous experience as an inhouse or agency recruiter
  • Up-to-date with best recruitment practice
  • Experience of proactively recruiting via LinkedIn
  • Highly effective communicator
  • High attention to detail
  • Working knowledge of MS Office
  • Proficient in writing engaging job adverts
  • Excellent organisation and prioritisation skills
  • Competent at dealing with ever changing demands

This role is based full time (Minimum of 40 Hours Per Week) based in our Head Office, 5 Days per week. We are not able to consider hybrid or work from home options.
