Please note that there is potential to gain a permanent contract. Responsibilities:
  • Provide a comprehensive internal recruitment service
  • Work on multiple roles at once; making sure hiring managers are informed of updates on a regular basis
  • Develop a thorough understanding of each role, department and company
  • Managing the hiring process, including pre-screening, phone and in-person interviews, progress reports, offer processes, and rejections; actively seeking out candidates; and concentrating on direct recruitment methods as opposed to using third-party recruitment agencies.
  • Ensure all candidates complete assessments and documentation
  • Update career boards with live vacancies
The person:
  • Previous experience required as in internal recruiter or agency recruiter
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to build rapport with candidates and colleagues alike
  • A proactive problem-solver who thrives in a fast-paced environment
  • Ability to work alone or part of a team
  • Excellent attention to detail
  • Excellent organisation and prioritisation skills
