- Provide a comprehensive internal recruitment service
- Work on multiple roles at once; making sure hiring managers are informed of updates on a regular basis
- Develop a thorough understanding of each role, department and company
- Managing the hiring process, including pre-screening, phone and in-person interviews, progress reports, offer processes, and rejections; actively seeking out candidates; and concentrating on direct recruitment methods as opposed to using third-party recruitment agencies.
- Ensure all candidates complete assessments and documentation
- Update career boards with live vacancies
- Previous experience required as in internal recruiter or agency recruiter
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to build rapport with candidates and colleagues alike
- A proactive problem-solver who thrives in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to work alone or part of a team
- Excellent attention to detail
- Excellent organisation and prioritisation skills
