What you'll do:
- Create and maintain process documentation, process maps, and user guides.
- Analyse data to identify performance areas and suggest improvements.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to assess objectives, opportunities, and potential benefits.
- Work on task scoping and project tracking related to software, industry, and internal changes.
- Assist with compliance and audits through accurate documentation.
What we're looking for:
- Proven experience as a Process Analyst with skills in business analysis, process mapping, and root cause analysis.
- Strong people skills to work across diverse teams and meet deadlines.
- Highly organised with the ability to juggle multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency with tools like Microsoft Excel, Word, and more.
