  • Independence: Encourage and enable the resident to develop and maintain their independence, making choices about their lives and participating in community activities.
  • Support: Work closely with the resident facing mental health challenges, offering emotional support, and assisting in accessing appropriate mental health services. Provide empathetic and person-centred support tailored to meet the unique needs of individuals in the service
  • Reporting: Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of support provided, incidents, and individual progress.
Person Specification
  • 2 years’ minimum experience working within Mental Health services including PTSD and Autism.
  • Strong communication and engagement skills.
  • Car Driver with Full UK Licence.
  • You will have caring and empathetic attitude.
  • Transferable fully enhanced DBS.
