Service Care Solutions is recruiting a Female Support Worker in the Fylde Coast area to assist a resident transitioning from hospital to home.
The position offers a pay rate of £15.86 - £25.86 Ltd, depending on the day and time of the shift worked.
This is a temporary locum contract with full-time 12-hour shifts available from Monday to Sunday.
Candidates must have a minimum of 2 years' experience working within mental health services, including PTSD and Autism.
Applicants should possess strong communication skills, a full UK driving license, and a caring, empathetic attitude.

Independence: Encourage and enable the resident to develop and maintain their independence, making choices about their lives and participating in community activities.
Support: Work closely with the resident facing mental health challenges, offering emotional support, and assisting in accessing appropriate mental health services. Provide empathetic and person-centred support tailored to meet the unique needs of individuals in the service
Reporting: Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of support provided, incidents, and individual progress.

Person Specification

2 years’ minimum experience working within Mental Health services including PTSD and Autism.
Strong communication and engagement skills.
Car Driver with Full UK Licence.
You will have caring and empathetic attitude.
Transferable fully enhanced DBS.
