Business Operations Manager Preston(Hybrid 1-2 days onsite p/w) 60,000-70,000+10% Bonus

What you'll be doing:

  • You will design and manage the Digital Services business operations governance collaborating with stakeholders to operate a fit for purpose governance and meeting cadence to ensure effective monitoring, reporting and reviewing of projects on a regular basis
  • You will design and deploy required process and tools required to collate and present data including Jira, Confluence, Excel, Power BI dashboards, or SharePoint repositories and workflows
  • You will engage with stakeholders establishing strong relationships across the digital services, the programme management, and functional teams to understand interaction points and clearly communicate progress
  • You will track and collate IM&T deliverables and manage Digital Services, Programme, and functional reporting including the development of status updates, presentations, or documentation as required
  • You will work with the programme and function leads to understand the integration requirements to support alignment of reporting and planning
  • You will integrate with the companies business management collating inputs to the wider Integrated Business Planning and resource management
  • You will ensure alignment to the organisational and programme governance, collating compliance evidence

Your skills and experiences:

  • Relevant vocational qualification e.g. HNC, APM or Prince 2, or relevant experience
  • An experienced Project Management with experience of Programme Governance
  • Experience within Financial Management would be desirable
  • Risk management experience, and implementing mitigations or contingencies
  • Experience with Resource Management would also be advantageous
  • Experience managing Suppliers would be beneficial
