We have an exciting Site Supervisor role in Carnsew, Cornwall working for a global infrastructure construction business who own and run a major quarry which supports their operations.

Your Role:
As a Site Supervisor, you will play a crucial role in maintaining high standards and efficiency at this quarry and asphalt plant whilst managing daily operations on site, ensuring compliance with Health, Safety, and Environmental legislation and leading your team to success.
What We’re Looking For:
Strong knowledge of Health, Safety, and Environmental regulations.
Experience in quarrying operations, including load and haul, crushing, and asphalt production.
Excellent people management and communication skills.
Ability to drive continual improvement in a dynamic environment.
The Ideal Candidate
You will be enrolled in the Institute of Quarrying. You will also have a knowledge of the Quarrying Industry including development, extraction, load and haul, crushing and screening, asphalt production, engineering maintenance and waste management/recycling.
Underpinning knowledge of quality management systems to assist with compliance to ISO 9001, 14001 & 45001 would also be advantageous for this role.
