Teaching Assistant - Mablethorpe - Supply Work in Primary Schools

Simply Education is currently recruiting for a Teaching Assistant to work in primary schools in Mablethorpe on a supply basis. We are looking for a dedicated and flexible Teaching Assistant to support pupils in a variety of primary school settings. These Teaching Assistant roles are available on both a long-term and short-term basis, with full-time and part-time opportunities to suit your availability.

• Support the class teacher in delivering engaging and interactive lessons.
• Work with small groups or individual pupils to provide additional learning support.
• Assist in the development of educational resources and classroom activities.
• Provide emotional and behavioural support to ensure a positive learning environment.
• Support children with special educational needs (SEN) where required.
• Supervise pupils during break times and assist with classroom preparation.

• Experience working as a Teaching Assistant in a primary school setting is desirable but not essential.
• A passion for education and supporting children's learning and development.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• A patient and nurturing approach to working with young learners.
• Flexibility to work in different primary schools in Mablethorpe on a supply basis.
