Administrator required for a temporary role until December. The role will be supporting the recruitment team processing new starters into the system and all supporting paperwork and right to work checks etc. The ideal person will be able to pick up new systems quickly and be organised and methodical. You must be confident working on a PC: switching between websites, spreadsheets and systems. It would be ideal if you have previous recruitment or HR administration experience, however this is not essential. The position is full time and offers an immediate start. The role is based close to Poynton / Hazel Grove / Wilmslow / Macclesfield and would ideally suit a driver due to limited public transport links. What will you be doing as an Administrator?

  • Providing administrative support to the recruitment team
  • Checking paperwork
  • Processing new starters
  • Tracking their progress on spreadsheets
  • Ordering uniform
  • Completing RTW checks
  • Entering their details to the system
  • Issuing ID badges
  • Accurately recording data in the system and within MS Excel

We would LOVE to hear from you if you have the following skills and experience:

  • Previous administrative experience, ideally within recruitment or hr, however this is not essential
  • Youre organised with a keen eye for detail
  • You need to be confident on a computer, using MS Office including basic MS Excel knowledge
  • You will need to be confident working on a PC: switching between websites, spreadsheets and systems
  • Must have experience with MS Excel
