We’re currently on the lookout for an Office Administrator to join a friendly, family run manufacturer based in Macclesfield.

In this role, you'll take on a variety of tasks, from managing documentation and coordinating orders to assisting with HR needs and updating company systems.

What will you be doing as an Office Administrator?

  • Supporting all departments, including Sales, Accounts, HR, Production, and Purchasing
  • Assisting the sales team by entering orders, booking carriers, and arranging necessary international documentation
  • Managing general office tasks, such as scanning, electronic filing, taking meeting minutes, organising corporate events, handling inbound calls, and managing onsite stationery
  • Assisting HR with staff holiday requests, uniforms, notice boards, and training coordination
  • Updating and reporting on company systems, including the sales dashboard, spreadsheets, and databases
  • Providing administrative support to the management team as required
  • Reviewing and proposing improvements to administrative processes and systems
  • Performing other ad hoc office duties as needed

What do you need?

  • Previous experience in an administrative role
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Excel and Word
  • Knowledge of MRP and Sage 50 is desirable
