Purchase Ledger Clerk Location – Alderley Edge, Cheshire East Salary – Up to £30,000 Axon Moore are partnering with a market leading business in the South Manchester area looking to appoint a permanent, full time Purchase Ledger Clerk. This is a very impressive client that drives innovation throughout their products and have experienced very impressive periods of growth within the last 5 years. The ideal candidate for this position will have experience within a fast paced Purchase Ledger department, is dynamic, adaptable and wants to learn and grow their skill set. Daily Duties:
  • Multi-currency bank reconciliations
  • Process supplier invoices daily ensuring they are matched correctly to internal data / purchase orders
  • Dealing with purchase ledger queries and help manage shared email inbox
  • Assisting with the reconciliation of the debtors ledger
  • Competent in Supplier Statements via excel and PDF
  • Reviewing credit card statements and employees expenses requests
  • Any other ad-hoc tasks to support the Finance team
  • Complying and improving the payment run
Personal Profile:
  • Minimum of 2 years Purchase Ledger / Accounts Payable experience
  • Ability to work in a fast paced finance department
  • Strong interpersonal skills
  • Experienced with Microsoft Excel & Outlook
  • High level of accuracy and attention to detail
