Business Change Lead - HRIS / WFM

Hybrid / Largely remote with 1-2 days per week in Macclesfield to meet with stakeholders

6 month contract, Outside IR35, up to £420 per day

Businesses undergoing significant Change relating to HRIS is looking for a Business Change Lead, to join the Project in the mobilisation stage. The project relates to Workforce Management, Time & Attendance and Learning.

About the role:

  • You will be required to Lead business users through a transformative HRIS system implementation, which will be a big cultural, behavioural and process change.
  • You will identify, plan and execute training for business users to aid with the adoption of the new system.
  • Plan activities to boost post-go-live adoption and advocacy.

About You:

  • Demonstrable experience in supporting ideally HRIS / WFM or T&A projects would be highly desirable, although not essential.
  • Able to demonstrate experience leading inexperienced users through systems change and behaviour / culture change.
  • Excellent communication skills, able to operate with a great deal of empathy.
  • Able to plan and execute appropriate training and activities post go live to boost adoption.
