About the Role:I am representing a growing telemarketing company based in Macclesfield, looking for a motivated Telemarketing Executive to join their team. This is a fantastic opportunity for anyone looking to kick-start or develop a career in telemarketing, with a Temp to Perm position that offers full-time work and an exciting opportunity.

As a Telemarketing Executive, you'll be responsible for engaging with potential customers, promoting our services, and generating new business leads. You'll play a crucial role in our sales process, providing key support to our team while working from both home and in the office.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Make outbound calls to potential customers, introducing products/services
  • Build rapport and establish long-lasting relationships with prospects
  • Qualify leads and set appointments for the sales team
  • Maintain accurate records of calls and customer interactions in the CRM
  • Meet or exceed weekly and monthly call and lead generation targets
  • Provide excellent customer service and handle inquiries professionally
  • Follow-up on existing leads and work on lead nurturing

What We're Looking For:

  • Experience in telemarketing or a customer-facing role is preferred, but not essential
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
