Role Overview:
We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Partnerships Manager / Director to join this growing team. The ideal candidate will have in-depth knowledge of the finance brokerage industry and a proven track record of developing new business relationships. You will be responsible for driving growth by identifying new clients, building strong relationships, and delivering tailored financial solutions that meet clients needs.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute a commercial strategy to identify and secure new clients in need of finance solutions.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with SMEs, industry contacts, and other stakeholders to generate leads and drive sales.
- Offer expert advice on a range of finance products, including business loans, invoice finance, merchant cash advances, asset finance, and more.
- Work closely with internal teams to ensure smooth onboarding and implementation of finance solutions.
- Achieve sales targets, contributing to the overall growth of the business
- Stay up to date with industry trends, competitors, and the financial needs of UK businesses.
- Represent the business at industry events and conferences to promote the brand and generate new business opportunities.
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Partnerships Manager / Director, Business Development Manager, Senior Sales Executive, or similar role in the commercial finance industry with knowledge of SME financing solutions.
- Demonstrable track record of developing new opportunities and achieving sales targets.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain long-term client relationships.
- Self-motivated, results-oriented, and able to work independently to drive business growth.
- Ability to adapt to a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment.
