Role Summary:

We are looking for a skilled and enthusiastic SEO Specialist to join our dynamic team. The successful candidate will have a deep passion for digital marketing and a strong grasp of SEO strategies. This role is ideal for someone with a proven track record in SEO who thrives in a collaborative environment and is committed to delivering top-notch results for clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Client Account Management: Oversee and manage SEO services for various client accounts, including website optimization, link building, and comprehensive site audits.

  • Client Communication: Maintain daily contact with clients, providing regular updates, addressing questions, and ensuring a clear understanding of their needs and expectations.

  • Quality Assurance: Ensure all deliverables meet high standards, are completed on time, and are presented professionally.

  • Performance Monitoring: Use tools like Google Search Console and other rank tracking software to monitor and report on website performance, providing actionable insights.

  • SEO Strategy Implementation: Execute both on-page and off-page SEO strategies for internal and client websites, adapting to new challenges and opportunities.

  • Team Collaboration: Work closely with team members to efficiently manage client projects and deliver outstanding results.

  • Social Media Integration: Leverage social media platforms, including regular LinkedIn posts, to enhance SEO efforts and share key achievements.

  • Industry Awareness: Stay informed about the latest industry trends, algorithm updates, and best practices to refine and improve SEO strategies.

  • Growth Contribution: Actively contribute ideas and strategies to drive growth for both clients and the business overall.

Required Skills:

  • SEO Expertise: At least 2 years of experience in SEO, with a solid understanding of both technical and strategic aspects. Agency experience is a plus.

  • Technical Proficiency: Competent in using platforms like WordPress for website management, as well as SEO tools such as Ahrefs, Screaming Frog, GA4, Majestic, and others.

  • Communication Skills: Excellent ability to convey findings and recommendations to clients via email, messaging apps, and video calls, demonstrating confidence and clarity.

  • Time Management: Strong organizational skills to meet client deadlines and manage your own workload effectively.

  • Client Relationship Building: Proven ability to develop and strengthen client relationships, contributing to account growth.

  • Continuous Learning: Eagerness to expand knowledge in SEO and client management, ensuring continuous professional development.

Experience Required:

  • Minimum of 2 years of hands-on SEO experience.

Working Conditions:

  • Hours: Monday to Friday, 09:00 - 16:30
  • Dress Code: Casual
