Job Title: Team Manager - CP/CIN within Children Social Worker Location: Floor First Floor, Macclesfield Town Hall, UK Salary: £45.00 per hour Hourly Duration: 3 months full time Here lies a remarkable opportunity for a Team Manager to join our Children in Need and Child Protection Service based in Macclesfield to cover long-term sickness. What you will do:
- Supervise and support a team of Social Workers and a Family Support Worker to achieve positive outcomes for children and families.
- Manage a range of cases including duty and assessment, CIN, CP, pre-proceedings, issuing care proceedings, and private law cases.
- Conduct regular case reviews, providing clear direction and ensuring statutory responsibilities are met.
- Promote best practices and adhere to policies, procedures, and legislation relevant to children's social work.
- Liaise with external agencies and stakeholders to build collaborative partnerships aimed at improving service provision.
