  • Manage a range of cases including duty and assessment, CIN, CP, pre-proceedings, issuing care proceedings, and private law cases.
  • Conduct regular case reviews, providing clear direction and ensuring statutory responsibilities are met.
  • Promote best practices and adhere to policies, procedures, and legislation relevant to children's social work.
  • Liaise with external agencies and stakeholders to build collaborative partnerships aimed at improving service provision.
