They are currently seeking an experienced Estimator to join their team and play a crucial role in supporting their continued growth.
Key Responsibilities:
- Analyse and interpret documents such as purchase orders, invoices, and other project-related documentation.
- Understand pricing schedules and prepare detailed cost estimates for construction and maintenance projects.
- Collaborate with project managers and other team members to ensure accurate and competitive pricing.
- Create and submit quotes and tenders in a timely manner.
- Monitor and manage project costs to ensure alignment with budgets and client expectations.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of market rates and industry trends.
Requirements:
- Proven experience as an Estimator in the construction or maintenance sector.
- Strong understanding of pricing schedules, project documentation, and cost estimation.
- Excellent numerical and analytical skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Attention to detail and strong organisational skills.
- Proficiency in relevant software (e.g., Excel, estimating software).
