Pour Moi is looking for a Customer Service Manager to lead and develop our customer support operations across wholesale and B2C channels. - Lead and develop – Manage and inspire the customer service team to deliver exceptional experiences across wholesale and direct-to-consumer channels
- Optimise processes – Continuously improve customer service operations, streamlining processes for better efficiency
- Customer champion – Build strong relationships with customers and resolve issues related to product availability, pricing, order processing, and shipping
- Cross-functional collaboration – Work closely with internal teams to enhance the overall customer journey
- Performance and reporting – Monitor service metrics, analyse customer interactions, and implement improvements
- People management – Oversee HR duties including one-to-ones, performance management, and holiday requests
- Proven experience in a customer service leadership role within a product-led industry (B2C and B2B)
- A natural customer-first mindset with a passion for enhancing the customer experience
- Strong problem-solving and communication skills, even in challenging situations
- Ability to implement digital services to improve efficiency
- Organised, proactive, and comfortable managing your own workload
