The Role of Customer Service Manager 
  • Lead and develop – Manage and inspire the customer service team to deliver exceptional experiences across wholesale and direct-to-consumer channels
  • Optimise processes – Continuously improve customer service operations, streamlining processes for better efficiency
  • Customer champion – Build strong relationships with customers and resolve issues related to product availability, pricing, order processing, and shipping
  • Cross-functional collaboration – Work closely with internal teams to enhance the overall customer journey
  • Performance and reporting – Monitor service metrics, analyse customer interactions, and implement improvements
