Project Coordinator

We are currently seeking a highly motivated and skilled Project Coordinator to join a national Not for Profit organisation located in South Manchester. In this role, you will be responsible for successfully delivering assigned projects and ensuring compliance with their governance framework. Your role will involve project planning, monitoring, and collaborative problem-solving to meet project milestones within specified time, budget, and quality standards.

Main Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Take full responsibility for delivering a portfolio of projects, ensuring all objectives are met and key stakeholders are satisfied.
  • Record, track, and maintain project information and documentation.
  • Communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders, providing regular project updates through monthly reports.
  • Collaborate with the project team to meet project milestones within specified time, budget, and quality standards.
  • Organise and facilitate project team meetings, documenting and following up on critical actions and decisions.
  • Demonstrate strong project control capabilities.
  • Develop, monitor, and maintain project plans and budgets.
  • Manage project risks.
  • Perform ad hoc duties as assigned.
Requirements:
  • Previous experience in a similar project coordination role.
  • Experience in supporting projects, with exceptional attention to detail, organisation, and adherence to processes.
  • Proficient in MS Word, MS Project, MS PowerPoint, and MS Excel.
  • Experience in reporting progress against project plans and budgets.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent communication, organisation, analytical, and reasoning skills.
