The role involves managing a portfolio, retrieving owed monies, and resolving queries while maintaining customer rapport.
Candidates must have previous Credit Control experience and possess a tenacious attitude along with strong rapport-building skills.
The position offers a competitive salary of up to £28,000 per annum and includes benefits such as hybrid working and a pension scheme.
The working hours are from 8:30 AM to 5:00 PM, totaling 37.5 hours per week.

Your new companyBased in Macclesfield this long-established company, who due to expansion, are hiring for a Credit Controller to join its busy Credit Control department.Your new roleWorking as part of a team, you will have your own set portfolio and be responsible for the retrieval of monies owed and query resolve. A busy role which will suit someone who is tenacious and enjoys seeing end results.With a large key account base coupled with smaller sized businesses, you will be responsible on a day-to-day basis to contact customers using various methods - mainly by phone in order to recover any aged debt and assist with accounts.
