We are excited to be recruiting for a returning client who is seeking a dedicated Customer Support Administrator. This role is integral to supporting both internal and external customers and is based in the commercial office, assisting the team with all aspects of customer transactions.

Core Responsibilities:

  • Assisting the commercial team with all customer transactions.
  • Provide efficient and professional reception support as needed.
  • Demonstrate a flexible and proactive approach in the role.
  • Support the Customer Service team in processing customer paperwork.
  • Collaborate with the Customer Service team to improve response times.
  • Liaise with other departments to ensure optimal outcomes for customers.
  • Meet agreed deadlines in line with departmental targets.
  • Maintain accurate records of all activities and archive them according to company policy.
  • Be fully trained to cover reception duties during lunch breaks and sickness, ensuring high standards are maintained.

Training Provided:

  • Client-specific customer and product knowledge.
  • Use of office IT systems, including Syteline, MS Excel, and Word.
  • Use of reception systems, including telephone, Tannoy, and voicemail.
  • Understanding of company structure and operating procedures.

Skills / Attributes / Experience:

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong interpersonal skills.
  • Previous experience in a professional, customer-focused environment is advantageous.
  • Ability to work independently or as part of a team.
  • Knowledge of office IT systems, including ERP systems, MS Word, and Excel.
  • Positive, proactive approach with the ability to prioritise workload.
  • Excellent organisational skills.
