Responsibilities:
Providing exceptional customer service and support to clientsHandling incoming inquiries and resolving customer issues promptly and efficientlyBuilding and maintaining strong relationships with customers to ensure their satisfactionCollaborating with other team members to meet service targets and maintain high levels of customer satisfactionUtilising Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) to track and manage customer inquiries and informationPrioritising and managing tasks effectively to meet deadlines and exceed customer expectationsDemonstrating a positive attitude and willingness to learn and adapt in a dynamic work environment
Requirements:
Proven experience in a similar role, preferably in a sales or customer service environmentExcellent organisational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritise tasks effectivelyStrong attention to detail and accuracyProficiency in Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)Excellent communication and interpersonal skillsAbility to work both independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environmentA positive attitude and willingness to learn and adapt
