Customer Service Advisor - Macclesfield - Permanent - up to £25K DOE

We are working with a well established company based in Macclesfield who are looking for an experienced Customer Service Advisor to join their team.

Duties include:

- Responsible for building relationships with customers and clients

- Answering incoming customer queries in a timely manner

- Answer technical product related questions

- Make amendments to orders and deliveries when required

- Liaising with internal departments to resolve customer issues
