MON TO FRI (6hrs per day to suit - office based only)
Our client is seeking a customer focused individual to join their team as a Part tiem Customer Service Advisor. You will need have experience i customer communications along with a good working of knowledge of MS Word, Excel and a willingness to learn bespoke systems.
This role is based in the Aftermarket Dept and involves communicating with business customers assisting them with sales enquiries, providing quotes and following up via telephone and email.
Customer Service Advisor Duties
- Responding to UK / EU based customers- Providing customer quotations for replacement parts and upgrades- Completing documentation for sales and shipping- Working of a team to achieve Dept targets- Building rapport with customers establishing long term loyal relationships- Determine warranty and non-warranty conditions- Maintain customer records- Prepare invoices
For this Customer Service Advisor role candidates must have previous customer service experience and a confident telephone manner.
Candidates must live within a sensible commuting distance of Macclesfield and be eligible to work in the UK.
