As an Early Career Teacher, what will you be doing?
- Planning and delivering exciting lessons appropriate for your desired Key Stage, in line with the national curriculum and the School's ethos
- Monitor, assess and report on students progress under your tutorship to understand where they are doing well and where they could improve
- Establish a positive student-teacher relationship and environment making your classroom somewhere pupils actively enjoy being
- Teach with each individual child's needs in mind to ensure that nobody gets left behind academically
