Prospero Teaching are looking for an enthusiastic SEMH Teaching Assistant to join an speciaist SEMH school near Macclesfield. Although experience working with SEMH Needs in a school is preferred, candidates who don't have direct school based experience but have trasnferable skills and experiences will be considered. Full training is provided.
THE IDEAL CANDIDATE WILL:
Have experience working with children that have SEMH Needs on a 1:1 or group basis, or with children who pose significant behaviour challengesHave training or experience in Team TeachPosses strong interpersonal skillsBe able to take the initiative, whilst working within the bounds of policy and procedureCommitted to work 5 days a week
