Executive Assistant to the Managing Director

We're on the hunt for a proactive and highly efficient Executive Assistant to support the Managing Director and Senior Leadership team. This is an exciting and demanding role that requires exceptional multitasking, problem-solving, and communication skills. Scope of the role:

?? Diary & Schedule Management - Orchestrating the Managing Director's intricate schedule across multiple businesses, anticipating potential conflicts, and resolving them before they arise.

?? Travel Coordination - Planning and managing national and international travel, including flights, accommodation, and last-minute itinerary changes.

?? Stakeholder & Communication Management - Acting as a key liaison, ensuring smooth interactions between the Head office, internal teams, and external partners.

�? Meeting & Event Coordination - Organising executive meetings, arranging catering, and overseeing logistics for company events.

?? Document & Office Administration - Preparing presentations, reports, and correspondence while keeping the London office running like clockwork.

�? Event Planning - Playing a vital role in corporate event organisation across London and Alderley Park, ensuring all logistics and details are flawlessly executed.

?? Cross-Functional Support - Assisting HR and other Executive Assistants within the Group with recruitment, onboarding, and wider business initiatives.
