Salary: £32,000 - £42,000
Location: Buxton (hybrid)

Day to Day of the role:
- Work closely with a small team of experienced administrators, paraplanners, and advisors
- Learn and apply the firm’s methods and practices
- Engage in role progression with encouragement and full training support to meet objectives
- Provide detailed financial planning support to advisors
- Prepare written advice and provide technical research services to a high standard
- Ensure that all regulatory and compliance standards are met

Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Financial services qualifications preferred
- Proactive and self-motivated with a keen eye for detail
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Strong Whole of Market knowledge
- Proficient in report writing
