The businessWe are seeking an experienced Invoicing and Shipping Coordinator to join our growing manufacturing and engineering company based in Cheshire.   • Invoicing: Generate invoices for finished goods based on dispatch team instructions.
  • Documentation: Prepare release documents for finished goods, ensuring compliance with customer and quality standards.
  • Returns and Credits: Issue credit notes and process customer returns in coordination with the customer service team.
  • Customs Compliance: Complete and manage customs forms as required.
  • Shipping Lists and Documentation: Compile and manage shipping lists and documentation for outgoing goods.
  • Transport Coordination: Arrange transport details, keeping customer service and customers informed as necessary.
  • Record Keeping: Maintain accurate records of all shipping transactions and related documentation.
  • Filing: Organize and store all relevant shipping documents.
  • Autonomous Work: Demonstrate initiative and work independently with minimal supervision when required.
