This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced OL/EL/PL solicitor to join this rapidly growing firm. The firm owe their continued growth and expansion to a dedicated team and consistent successes. The opportunity is based in Macclesfield on a hybrid basis but also offers 100% remote working. The successful candidate will join our OL/EL/PL department and will deal with a quality caseload.The current EL/PL team consists of 5 legal professionals, 2 qualified solicitors and 3 non qualified fee earners. The team are running around 150 files each from cradle to grave. The team is expanding due to a recent influx of work following frequent successes. The successful candidate will have the following knowledge and experience –• Solicitor / Fee Earner with at least 2 years OL/EL/PL experience• Extensive knowledge of OL/EL/PL work and be able to run claims from inception to Trial• Experience of handling claims arising from OL/EL/PL accidents• Good IT skills / confidence in using a case management system (Proclaim experience preferable but not essential)If this opportunity feels like the perfect next step for you, please don't hesitate to reach out or apply! You can contact me via: Email: Mobile:
