Responsibilities:

Provide administrative support to the team, including data entry, file management, and document processing.
Utilise advanced Excel skills to create and maintain spreadsheets, tracking reports, and data analysis.
Assist in organising meetings, scheduling appointments, and managing calendars.
Prepare correspondence, presentations, and reports as needed.
Help maintain the office supplies and inventory.
Ensure all administrative tasks are completed accurately and within deadlines.
Adhere to company policies and procedures.

Requirements:

Advanced Excel skills are essential for this role.
Strong attention to detail and excellent organisational skills.

Working Pattern:

This is a part-time role, totalling 24 hours per week, which can be spread over 4 days. The hourly rate for this position is 12.5.
