Key Responsibilities:

Handle a caseload of personal injury litigation files from inception to settlementConduct thorough investigations, assess liability, and advise clients accordinglyPrepare legal documentation, including court pleadings, witness statements, and schedules of lossNegotiate settlements with insurers and third-party representativesAttend court hearings and liaise with counsel as requiredProvide exceptional client care and maintain regular communication throughout the claim process

Requirements:

Minimum of 3 years of experience in personal injury litigationStrong knowledge of personal injury law, Civil Procedure Rules, and relevant case lawExcellent communication and negotiation skillsAbility to work independently and manage a varied caseload from start to finishAttention to detail and strong analytical skillsProactive and client-focused approach
