A fantastic opportunity has arisen to join my client on a permanent full time basis as a Personal Injury Fee Earner in their offices in Macclesfield, Cheshire.

My client are experts and a highly regarded firm dealing with financial compensation claims for hearing loss, industrial disease, medical negligence, professional negligence, injuries at work, housing disrepair, Japanese knotweed and protective award.

My Client is looking for the candidate to join their friendly Road Traffic Accident department.

The ideal candidate will posses the following skills competencies;

- Industrial Disease knowledge and experience in litigation
- Complete case handler mindful of statutory legislation, CPR and relevant case law
- Ability to keep calm and deliver results in a performance-driven environment
- Ability to work to tight deadlines, effective organisation and time management skills
- Ability to deliver excellent legal advice while maintaining client care standards
- Working knowledge of compliance issues, relevant codes of conduct and accounts rules
- Ability to work in a team
- Proven billing record
- Good IT skills
- Excellent communication skills
