This is an engaging opportunity for a detail-oriented individual to play a pivotal role in their office. The position starts as a temporary role for 6 months, with the potential to transition into a permanent position. Ideal candidates must have experience with SAP and thrive in a busy office environment.

Field and answer telephone calls with professionalism and friendliness.Manage goods receipt and book deliveries to ensure seamless operations.Collect Certificates of Analysis (CofA) efficiently.Raise invoices for goods issues and invoice customers directly.Process sales orders for UK samples when needed.Add new ship-to locations into SAP and maintain accurate records.Create Amazon deliveries to support the e-commerce aspect of the business.Make stock adjustments to keep inventory accurate and up-to-date.Raise purchase orders to maintain supply chain efficiency.

- Full-time position: Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM - 5:00 PM.
