Job Title - General Maintenance
Salary - 30K plus vehicle
Location - Macclesfield
Benefits - 25 days holiday plus bank holidays, Company vehicle, Company Bonus, 5% Pension
Nicholas Associates Group (Engineering & Technical) are recruiting for a General Building Maintainer for our client, a newly established and thriving low carbon renewable energy and M&E building services business with increasing demand and exciting growth plans.
The position has emerged due to a rapid increase in business enquiries and investments. They thus require a general building maintainer to look after a key health care site.
Key Responsibilities
- General Building Maintenance of a health care building and practice
- Tasks include both general indoor and outdoor house keeping
- Basic plumbing, gardening, refuge replacement etc
- Maintaining a pleasant and professional manner in sensitive environment
Required Skills and Experience
- Excellent customer and public facing manner
- Ability to work within Healthcare and education environments
- General building maintenance skills and experience and house keeping in door and out door
- Driving Liscense
