Job Title: HR AdvisorLocation: Macclesfield   JGA are partnered with a UK wide extremely successful and growing business, seeking an experienced HR Advisor to join their team.  Responsibilities:
  • Offer expert Employee Relations (ER) advice to line managers and employees, ensuring consistency and fairness in addressing HR issues.
  • Manage complex ER cases such as disciplinary actions, grievances, and absence management, escalating matters when needed.
  • Lead or contribute to key HR initiatives, including diversity and inclusion programs, policy revisions, and organizational change projects.
  • Serve as a trusted advisor to business leaders, providing guidance on HR best practices, legal compliance, and employment law matters.
  • Collaborate with Learning & Development, Recruitment, and Payroll teams to support the broader People Vision and organizational goals.
  • Oversee TUPE processes, redundancy consultations, and manage other HR-related projects as required.
Skills & Experience Required:
  • Solid background in HR with proven experience in Employee Relations (ER).
  • CIPD qualification (or in progress) is preferred.
  • Extensive knowledge of employment law and HR best practices.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment, ensuring attention to detail.
  • A proactive, adaptable problem-solver dedicated to delivering high-quality results.
