- Offer expert Employee Relations (ER) advice to line managers and employees, ensuring consistency and fairness in addressing HR issues.
- Manage complex ER cases such as disciplinary actions, grievances, and absence management, escalating matters when needed.
- Lead or contribute to key HR initiatives, including diversity and inclusion programs, policy revisions, and organizational change projects.
- Serve as a trusted advisor to business leaders, providing guidance on HR best practices, legal compliance, and employment law matters.
- Collaborate with Learning & Development, Recruitment, and Payroll teams to support the broader People Vision and organizational goals.
- Oversee TUPE processes, redundancy consultations, and manage other HR-related projects as required.
- Solid background in HR with proven experience in Employee Relations (ER).
- CIPD qualification (or in progress) is preferred.
- Extensive knowledge of employment law and HR best practices.
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment, ensuring attention to detail.
