ICT Technician required in East Cheshire

September 2024 Start - Monday to Friday 8:30am to 3pm

£24,473.74 to £2,6649.62 per annum

A reputable secondary school in the East Cheshire area are looking for a dedicated ICT Technician to provide tailored support to their pupils. You will be committed to making a positive difference to young people's lives and in supporting and developing their learning. Your intervention will help enable an outstanding learning environment for their young people, providing the support they need to succeed.

The successful candidate will be a committed team player with excellent organisational and technical skills. You will have the ability to effectively support learning and teaching, and to develop relationships across the school and the community.

Requirements:

  • Qualification or training relating to ICT Technician role.
  • Experience of trouble-shooting software and hardware issues in a timely manner.
  • Experience of managing an ICT network effectively.
  • The ability to procure, install and manage educational and office software.
  • The ability to manage the school's ICT network - including back-up and recovery of data.
