Bond Recruitment is proud to recruiting for an employed Protection Adviser to offer Protection and Insurance advice to clients as part of a thriving Mortgage Advisers working from their modern offices in Macclesfield, offering a basic salary of £35,000 and uncapped bonus.You will work closely with their team who will provide you with high-quality leads from clients typically going through the mortgage process or who already have a mortgage in place.Your primary focus will be providing insurance (Life, Critical Illness & Income Protection) options across the whole of market based on the clients' requirements and needs to protect their finances and family.This role will provide high rewards for a driven individual.Key responsibilities for this role would include:

• Provide expert advice on insurance products across the whole of market
• Engage with clients to understand their individual protection needs and financial circumstances
• Recommend suitable solutions to clients tailored to their requirements
• Effectively manage a pipeline of leads, converting them into successful sales
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, establishing trust and credibility

To apply for this Protection Adviser role, you will need previous experience in a similar role within the financial services industry. You will also have the following:

• A track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
• Driven and motivated to work hard to achieve great results
• Sound knowledge of protection and insurance products, particularly how they align with clients mortgages
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to establish rapport with clients
• Excellent organisational skills to manage a high volume of leads and prioritise effectively
• Confident using modern technology tools to work efficiently.
• The ability to work collaboratively within a team environment

• Basic £35,000
