The hiring firm has a fantastic reputation in the industry and is expanding their Personal Injury department due to consistent and impressive growth and are looking for their next team member to be a qualified solicitor with varying levels of PQE, a must is that the successful candidate will have previous experience of Personal Injury files, RTA specifically and good working knowledge from a proven history of litigation. Qualifications: NQ - 3 years PQE & previous RTA & Litigation experience. Skills/Competencies
  • A complete case handler mindful of statutory legislation and relevant case law
  • Ability to run a full RTA caseload from previous experience 
  • Be able to work with minimal supervision 
  • An ability to work as a team
  • A proven billing record
  • Ability to keep calm and deliver results in a performance-driven environment
  • A working knowledge of compliance issues and relevant codes of conduct and accounts rules
