What You'll Do:

• Handle a broad caseload of Wills, Powers of Attorney, Probate and Estate Planning matters
• Draft Wills, administer estates and provide clients with advice on inheritance tax and planning
• Create and administer trusts, ensuring clients receive the best possible service
• Work alongside regionally and nationally recognised practitioners, benefiting from strong central support
• Continue to develop your technical skills within a growing specialist team

What We're Looking For:

• A qualified Solicitor/Legal Executive with a Practising Certificate
• 3-5+ years PQE with strong drafting and advisory skills
• Competence with IT and case management systems
• A positive approach to finding solutions to complex problems and a good appreciation of risk management
• The ability to work flexibly across a multi-skilled team and manage your own caseload
• Experience in Estate and Tax Planning advice is desirable
• Membership of STEP and SFE is beneficial, but not essential
