Requirements
  • Qualified Solicitor with a minimum of 5 years’ PQE in Residential and Commercial Property Law.
  • Previous supervisory or team management experience is essential.
  • Proven track record of strong billing and results-driven performance.
  • Proclaim case management system experience would be advantageous.
  • Ability to manage a varied caseload efficiently and provide high-quality client care.
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
Responsibilities
  • Managing a mixed caseload of residential and commercial property matters, including sales, purchases, leases, re-mortgages, and property development transactions.
