What You’ll Do
- Manage client and third-party communication (phone, email, face-to-face)
- Chase important documents like IDs, mortgage offers and searches
- Keep case management systems updated in real time
- Prepare completion packs, statements and invoices
- Handle post-exchange matters and manage completions
What You’ll Need
- 2+ years’ experience as a Conveyancing Assistant
- Strong admin skills and attention to detail
- Excellent communication and a good phone manner
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office and case management systems
- To be a team player with a can-do attitude!
