As a Conveyancing Assistant, you will be integral to the smooth operation of the Residential team, providing essential support to a Senior Fee Earner.ABOUT THE ROLEAs a Conveyancing Assistant, you will handle client and third-party interactions via telephone, written correspondence, and occasionally face-to-face meetings. Your responsibilities will include chasing documentation, updating case management systems, and preparing necessary documentation throughout the conveyancing process. You will also manage post-exchange matters and be responsible for completions on the day of completion.The salary for this Conveyancing Assistant role is competitive and includes a fantastic benefits package designed to support your professional growth and personal well-being.
