Key Responsibilities:
- Manage a caseload of RTA claims, primarily focused on cases within the OIC portal.
- Draft legal documents, correspondence, and settlement agreements in line with best practices and legal standards.
- Maintain accurate case records using the firm’s case management system, ensuring all documentation is up-to-date and compliant with legal requirements.
- Provide excellent client care, keeping clients informed of progress and advising them on their legal options.
- Assist in the preparation of cases for court, including compiling bundles and preparing briefs for counsel.
- Stay up-to-date with relevant legal developments and changes in the RTA claims process.
Requirements:
- A minimum of 2 years of experience handling RTA claims, with particular experience in the OIC portal.
- Strong knowledge of RTA law and procedures, including pre-action protocols.
- Excellent organisational and time-management skills, with the ability to manage multiple cases effectively.
- High attention to detail and accuracy in all aspects of work.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to provide clear advice to clients.
