Are you a Maintenance Engineer from a manufacturing or industrial background looking for a long-term, days-based role offering an excellent working environment and a work-life balance, with a 4 day working week?

In this role you will be involved with the preventative and reactive maintenance of machinery and equipment across the site, including pneumatics, hydraulics, pumps, and motors for example, with training given through shadowing on the job. You will be working in a collaborative maintenance team of 5, aiming to progress the business into a more preventative approach to maintenance.

This role would suit a true engineering enthusiast who likes to get stuck in with a range of machinery and is looking for a family-feel environment where they will become an asset to the team, working just Monday to Thursday.

The Role:

  • Planned and reactive maintenance on machinery and equipment
  • Working on pneumatics, hydraulics, pumps, motors, and PLCs, with training given
  • Monday to Thursday, 12pm midday to 10pm, 40 hours a week
