Excellent opportunity for someone from a Product Development background working in the aerospace or manufacturing sectors who is looking for a management level role helping to drive the production of innovative products.

Do you have experience in creating and helping drive product development plans to regulatory standards? Are you looking for a managerial role within a well established company and have a key focus on employee development?

This company have been established for over 200 years and work in the creation of a range of innovative solutions used in the aerospace manufacturing sector. In this role you will be working to help lead product development plans for new products within the business. You will be outlining the methodology, manufacturing techniques and production steps for the manufacture of products and then helping to relay and train this to the production team. This role comprises a varied approach where you get involved with technical strategy as well as team management and development.
