Your Role and ResponsibilitiesAs a Revit/BIM Technician, you'll be at the heart of our operations, responsible for:
- Creating and Editing Models: Use Revit to develop and refine our clients' modelled information.
- Ensuring Accessibility: Make sure all new and modified information is transmitted to the appropriate Common Data Environment (CDE) and is easily accessible to end users.
- Surveying and Validation: Conduct surveys as needed to validate existing or newly acquired information.
- Adhering to Standards: Create content that meets our company's high standards.
We'd love to hear from you if you have:
- Experience with ACC/BIM 360 Cloud Environment.
- Knowledge of the ISO19650 Suite and modelling best practices.
- Skills in Navisworks clash detection and model coordination.
- Expertise in drawing/document management control.
- Familiarity with COBie, AutoCAD, and Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing Engineering (MEP).
